The Greek government decided to extend travel restrictions with Albania at least until January 24.

The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs announced on Tuesday that all Albanian nationals traveling to Greece, regardless of their vaccination status, are obliged to present a negative PCR test taken no longer than 72 hours prior to travel, or an antigen test from the past 24 hours.

“All citizens aged 5 and older entering the territory of the Republic of Greece must complete the Passenger Locator Form found on”, the statement released by the ministry read.

The border crossing with Greece will remain open 24/7, while the so-called Three Bridges border crossing point will be open from 8 AM to 8 PM.
